Rhino Comedy Shorts Film Festival is run by Festival Director, award winning comedic actor, Brett Eidman.
Hosted in Suffern, NY. The festival focuses on showcasing short comedy films to help promote both local filmmakers as well as bring outside filmmakers to the area. Suffern New York and Rockland County is conveniently located Northwest of New York City and right over the border from New Jersey, offering a perfect location for filmmakers and comedians to meet and collaborate.

Brett Eidman is an award winning comedian/writer/actor who is best known for his song parody of “Shaft, Barack Theme” which was played on thousands of radio stations and CNN. Comedy bits from his, “What’s So F#@k’n Funny?” CD released on the Uproar Entertainment label, are played regularly on Sirius XM.
A graduate of The Second City, Chicago and the Upright Citizens Brigade, NYC, Brett has been seen and heard on numerous TV and Radio Shows including Saturday Night Live, Law & Order, Imus in the Morning, CollegeHumor, FunnyorDie, and Above Average.
Brett’s one man show “One Angry Man” had a sold out run in NYC.
Eidman’s improvisational background adds that extra special ingredient to all of his exciting live appearances. He performs regularly with Hudson Valley Improv.
Recently, Brett co-starred with Bruce Willis in a hilarious Funny or Die promo for the film Death Wish and can be seen in season three of the Netflix series DAREDEVIL..
Brett is also the subject of the 7 time award winning documentary – “In The Name Of Comedy” now available on Amazon, iTunes and Google Play.
